Using the website

You may use the website for lawful shopping purposes and must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse account or checkout functions, scrape protected data, or submit false or fraudulent information.

Product information and availability

We take reasonable care with descriptions, images, compatibility information, prices and availability. Display settings and photography can vary. We may correct genuine errors, limit quantities, withdraw products, or cancel an affected order and refund any amount collected when fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm the order for fulfilment, subject to payment verification, inventory, delivery restrictions and fraud review.

Prices, currency and charges

The checkout identifies the transaction currency and total before submission. Shipping, taxes, duties or other applicable charges are displayed or described where available. International import duties, taxes and handling fees are generally payable by the recipient unless checkout explicitly includes them.

Payment, delivery and returns

Payments are governed by our Payment Policy, delivery by our Shipping Policy, and eligible returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your credentials and keeping your password confidential. Contact customer care promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website text, graphics, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for shopping and personal reference, but may not reproduce, sell, exploit or remove ownership notices without permission.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, third-party service interruptions, or delays outside our reasonable control. We may suspend access affected by fraud, security risks or material misuse. We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes; the effective date identifies the current version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Subject to those protections, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
